Which objectives?

One of the advantages of creating a custom maths test is that teachers can create tests covering very specific objectives. Sometimes this might be just one or two National Curriculum objectives, and sometimes it might be a broad mix of objectives from multiple areas of maths.

Which questions?

When creating a custom maths test, there are two options for choosing the questions: either letting the software select the questions, or the teacher can choose the questions. When choosing questions to include in a custom maths test, teachers can opt to include questions that have space for children to show their working out. These questions work particularly well with a touchscreen, but children can also use a mouse or trackpad.
